My Approach
I work best with adults who are motivated to grow, curious about the connection between their thoughts and emotions, and open to practicing new strategies for change. If you're ready to take an active role in shaping your life, moving beyond fear and toward greater confidence, calm, and meaning, you're in the right place.

Mindfulness is my jam. You'll learn how to strengthen your awareness of what is happening inside your mind and body, observe your external environment and how to effectively respond to the needs of the moment. I believe that lasting transformation begins with cultivating consciousness and is sustained through intentional practice. Together, we’ll explore how small shifts in behavior and perspective can lead to profound change.

We'll try out exercises in session, and you’ll always have tools to carry with you between appointments. I’ll share a variety of resources and techniques to help you build confidence and reinforce the power of regular practice.
